How do I sync with Reminders and Calendar?
Open Settings in Projects, then turn on Reminders or Calendar under Apple Apps. Projects asks for access the first time. Reminders lists become projects, and the next 30 days of events appear as tasks.
Why isn’t a project syncing across my devices?
Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on each device and that iCloud is turned on for Projects in Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Changes usually arrive within a few seconds when the app is open.
How do I share a project?
Projects Pro lets you share. Open a project and tap Share, then choose how to send the invitation. Everyone you invite can view and edit the project.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get the first month of Projects Pro free. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and Projects can remind you three days before. Cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in Projects and tap Restore Purchases under Projects Pro. Purchases follow your Apple Account, and the lifetime purchase is shared with your Family Sharing group.
How do I redeem a friend’s offer code?
Open the invitation link, or go to Settings > Projects Pro > Redeem Code in the app and enter the code.
How do I choose which notifications Projects sends?
Open Settings > Notifications. Choose Off, Contextual (follow-ups that add what Reminders and Calendar don’t know) or Primary (an alert for everything).
How do I use Projects with Siri?
Try “Add a task in Projects” or “What’s due in Projects?” Projects also works with Apple Intelligence, Shortcuts and Spotlight.
How do I delete my data?
Delete projects, tasks and people in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. To remove data from iCloud, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
