ProjectsThese terms cover your use of Projects and Projects Pro. By using the app, you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Using Projects
You may use Projects on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. Many features are free. Projects Pro adds people, sharing and task assignment.
Projects Pro Subscription
Projects Pro is available as a monthly, automatically renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown before you buy. New subscribers may get a free trial; payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or at confirmation of purchase if there's no trial. The subscription renews automatically unless it's canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Offer codes, such as those shared between friends, follow Apple's terms for offer codes. Refunds are handled by Apple. If your subscription ends, your projects stay, and the free features keep working.
Your Content
You own everything you create in Projects. You're responsible for your content and for having the right to use anything you add, such as photos and links. Because your content stays on your devices and in your iCloud, the developer doesn't receive it or claim any rights to it.
Shared Projects
Share projects only with people you trust. Everyone you invite can view and edit a shared project, including changing or deleting its contents. The developer isn't responsible for what others do in projects you share or join.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Projects to store or share content that's unlawful, harmful, or infringes anyone else's rights.
Other Services
Projects works with iCloud, Reminders, Calendar, Contacts and websites you link to. Those services are provided under their own terms. Syncing depends on iCloud being available.
Changes and Availability
Features may change, and the app may be updated or discontinued. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Disclaimer
Projects is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Projects. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending Use
You can stop using Projects at any time by deleting it. You can cancel Projects Pro as described above.
Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, the updated version will appear here with a new date. Continuing to use Projects means you accept them.
